Cancellation & Refund

 

The cancellation and refund policy for open enrollment programs is as follows:

 

• Student cancellations made ten (10) or more business days prior of the start date of a class will receive a full refund less a 50% processing fee plus the cost of course materials.

 

• Student cancellations less than ten (10) business days prior of the start date of a class, having completed 25% of the course, are eligible for 100% credit towards another Skypro Professional Training Center Course, less the cost of course materials.

 

• Student cancellations having completed 25% - 50% of the course are eligible for 50% credit towards another Skypro Professional Training Centers Course, less the cost of course materials.

 

• Student cancellations, withdrawals and no-shows after completing 50% of the course, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

 

• If an applicant is rejected for enrollment for any reason, the applicant will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, with the exception of any non-refundable application fees, if applicable.

 

• Course cancellations by Skypro Professional Training Center, subsequent to a student’s enrollment, will receive a full refund or will be placed into a subsequent program, at the specific request of the student.

 

• Date of acknowledgement is the date of Skypro Professional Training Center's receipt of student's written request of cancellation.
